  • Seek, Promote & Share Best Practice across GMG

  • Support Club requirements via liaising with WRU Club Operations & WRU Communications & arrange support & workshops

  • Maps & Reports trends & drop off

  • Support the communications functions of the GMG
  • Compile & distribute key information on website & via social media

RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Promote, Develop, Enhance participation of U18 rugby in local clubs & communities
  • Maximise participation across all formats of game at U18 level.
  • Liaise with WRU Rugby Department & WRU Club Operations & GMG Sub Groups responsible for development of U18 rugby.
  • Promote & Develop development, transition & retention opportunities for all to access formats of U18 game & in accordance with WRU Strategy
